I downloaded it about a week ago. Any chance of paying the difference for the boxed copy in order to obtain the manual?

If it's like WITP, the box doesn't include any printed manual, just the physical CD in a DVD case.

Are the physical copies on back order? I placed an order a week ago and the status still shows on back order?
