I don't understand the upgrade process.
As France, I keep getting the option to choose an upgrade. Cool.

But then the very next time I get offered a choice, I see an upgrade I already picked in the list again. Is there some sort of maximum number of upgrades you can have? Because, then it makes sense that 'new choices' are replacing old choices I've already made.

If so, then one should have a way of knowing what the max is and when you reach it.

IIRC in v1.0 the limit is just 20 upgrades, I cannot remember if 1.1 increased this limit to 40 or not, but in 1.2 it is a maximum of 40 upgrades.

Hmmm, I have 1.2.14 so I guess it's 40. Any reason why a limit? If you got the cash and make the effort to invest it seems you should get as many/all of them you can.

greetings, my friends, i was thinking only barracks count for receiving upgrades, also some upgrades are given in more than one level (i.e. Target Practice I, II, and so on), i think do not matters what of them is taken in first time, order do not determine effect, and effect from a given upgrade tipe is cumulative taking more than the first, maybe in 1.2.16 some of these ideas are gone, i do not know it, please correct me if i are wrong.

I have only 29 upgrades as France and a training level of 38.91 on version 1.2.14.

When I choose new upgrades, old ones are still getting displaced/replaced.

So, is the limit of 40 the number of upgrades or the training level?

As I understand it, you should get up to 40 upgrades now. When the limit used to be 20, when you reached 20 upgrades you did not get offered the chance to upgrade any more, so there was no displacing of previous choices.
