To BeachBoy: maybe you could add these to your site? YOU were the original source for the great set of 50s-80s photos I got, and my apologies if I didn't give you the proper credit. Same goes for those "Norman-Rockwell"-type renditions of older ballparks.

To Shaun: a definitive set of the available player photos would be a great add-on to the members page. This was definitely a community effort. Thanks to all. [&o]

Kg & captskillet, can & will upload the 2001-2005 face pack the day after Christmas.

I am currently working on a complete 80's & 90's pack.
Scanning the images from my own bb card collection instead of pulling off the web.
The image quality & content is far greater than anything that is available today.
Should have this all done by the end of Jan!

if you notice any missing players - please tell - the idea is to make the set complete.
I just played a game & noticed that there is no face for Livan Hernandez
I will add him but I wouldn't upload the set until there is more changes.

There are about 20 photos that I think need to be changed from a cosmetic viewpoint.
Once I get around to changing them plus plugging up the holes for 2000 & 2005
then I post up the upgrade.

I have noticed that they are mostly pitchers, Ill be sure to jot them down as I notice them and post them here.

thanks capt. I put those guys in but jon lieber is already in the pack & his name is spelled correctly so if his face is not importing that might be another issue.

thanks rhett. The volume of players made it easy to miss a few. I was actually surpised I missed Derek Lowe. Right now, I'm looking just to get a better representive photo for certain players. Sosa w/Baltimore doesn't look right, etc etc.

I'm going to put the other face packs on hold so I will have the 2000's update/add in face pack by the end of this week!

Wow -- as of right now, we now have some 6800 real player pics from the 1930s to today-- once it's completed, this would make a fabulous add-on.

Top two Im not sure whether they are minor leaugers who were called up or what. Team listed is their 2003 team/position. Glad to help out, Ill keep letting you know when I find them. Again, excellent job!! Your work is appreciated greatly!

I'm finished with the 2000's face pack update.
it has 148 players in it.
I will upload it later today as a add on folder & the complete folder.

there are still 10 + players missing. The reason is they don't have an image on espn.com or mlb.com & when searching the web for images- the available images weren't good enough.
