I've done a bit of WiF research on the Z.1024 counter and I find that its factors exactly match the B-25J Mitchell.
Classification = LND
Year built = 1945
Air-to-Air = 6
Air-to-sea = 2
Tactical = 6
Strategic = 4
Cost = 3
I must therefore conclude it is actually a Lend Lease B-25J which was shipped to the Salo Republic by mistake. When Italy builds this counter then one B-25J will be automatically removed from the US Force Pool.

Sorry, the Mithcell is a 6-1-6-4. Range and paint job don't match either. Perhaps we should call it the Mythical Z.1024 instead of the Mitchell Z.1024?

Ah yes, but you are using the American torpedos which halves your ATS rating. Once it gets to Italy the B-25J/Z.1024 is refitted with air-launched Italian frogmen and automatically disables half the British Fleet.
