Hi Exibit,
Unfortunately v1.071 has a rather serious problem with TCP/IP play. Repaired infrastructure will revert to being damaged for no valid reason (only in tcp play). The programmer is working on fixing that as well as a compatibility problem between the US and the international versions and a few other items.
Once thats done a new version that also includes a solid list of bug fixes for the regular part of the game and a couple of balance changes will be out.
Hopefully it will be soon (tm).
