I have never played with advanced supply or/and Fule on..
How about a game without?
Do i copy the .psv file to save and loade it?

Yes.
When you receive the .psv file by mail you copy/save it in the /dat/sav/ folder under your WaW folder. Then you start WaW and load the saved game inside WaW.
