When C&C is OFF
are there any benefits for me when i buy "Command Post" ???

How can I use my aircrafts more than once or two in battle, when they still have ammo (for example for 20mm cannons ?
Is it posiible to use it more than 2 times in battle ?

Thanks
Janusz

Here are my semi-educated answers:

A command post will still give units close enough extra chances to rally. I think they work on units within 5 hexes.

Aircraft are very unpredictible. If the enemy is firing on them during their attack runs they are more likely not to return. I have played PBEM scenarios where the enemy didn't take any AAA and I was able to use my aircraft until they ran out of bullets. However, when my opponent did take AAA, I was only able to get a few runs out of the airplanes before they just stopped responding.

Hope this helps.

Yes , HQ units and Command post as far as I know do not have any influence on command points..they just affect morale of units...
Actually there are no other units which can provide additional command point .
Only the structural initial chain of command is
used to do the job..
A0 -> Company HQ -> Platoon HQ

Maybe Combat LEader will provide Leaders or units to give more command points within a certain range..I don't know...

another point:

aircraft that are HIT by AAA dont seem to come back either.

I have also had some aircraft that made runs until victory. this translates into 5-10 bombing runs each. [i dont play 'limited ammo on', not that limited ammo makes sense with aircraft, since they return to base to be resupplied/rearmed at the end of each turn, i suppose]

I don't think that they do return to base, as each turn is only from three to five minutes long.

Bombers appear once, unless they have MG ammo enough to return and strafe. Fighters will return and strafe again if they have enough ammo AND they do not get hit or suppressed too badly.

These pilots, if they endure holes in their fuselage or wings are reluctatn to make another flight in your direction.
