I downloaded the member patch.

To benefit from the patch, do you have to start a new game? If I adjusted all my provincial production and development and saved it, can I upload that game and play it with the patch?

I think that will depend on which verison you had to start with, before loading the newer patch

the save game file set up was changed, so it will not work with Verison 1, or I think 1.1 it may still work if you were running 1.2.16 (not sure)

you can always try it, if it don't work, you will just get a error box and have to then start up a new game
