NBA 06 the life or NBA 2k6?

Just wondering which was the better basketball game for the 2006 season, I'm not leaning towards realism in any way but i heard nba 2k6 is alot more of a sim. I think that if nba 06 the life is more arcadish I might check it out, also interested in seeing what the life mode is all about.
