I got a new computer for christmas! Guess what I tried to do? yes sir ,I tried to install puresim on my new box. Guess what happened?
Yep, I totally screwed it up.could someone please direct me to the appropriate forum? Or has my dazzling ineptitude cost me dearly.I purachased puresim some time ago and upgraded to gold edition upon matrix release(thanx shaun) but because I'm an idiot I can't put my fingers on the serial# that came with it. Any suggestions? thanx Ed

So you have previously upgraded to the gold edition?

If so you can just re-download the gold edition and re-enter your serial number. Send a note to support@matrixgames.com and I think they can point you at the download.

If they can't help you asap then let me know and I'll zip up a build and upload it somewhere for you.
