Or are they same as in Scen 15 and I can use that ?

I'm having hard time finding ship captains for CVEs and such when WitP loses one or none is assigned. Surface combat leaders there are plenty, but CV/CVL/CVE captains are difficult to find from list.

Yea...they are good !! Leadership=0, Inspiration=0...[:D]. But no-one can compare with 1LT Inoue in charge of CV Essex and such !! Actually those thend to have lot better values than my ship captains !! [:'(]
