1792 Turkey - unlimited gold

I'm doing my Mustapha Kemal impersonation and playing Turkey 1792 scenario, highest glory 25 yrs.

Instead of charging me 50 gold per initial development, Turkey is given 50 gold. Somewhere in the code, what should be a negative is a positive. Not that I'm complaining in this specific instance-- all that is required to boost Turkey's gold by any desired amount is to order repeated initial development of an 'empty' facet, answering yes to the question of 'do you wish to change.'

50 gold for two clicks. As many times as you (or your opponent) wish. Blah.
