v1.21 is a very minor update that includes some tweaks to replay mode, a few minor ui improvements and full support for the recently released Lahman 5.3 database with 2005 player stats.

Grab this one today because I know one of my private beta testers (akcranker) has done an awesome job pulling together a replay mode association with all the roster moves made as of today, player faces, ball parks and logos! I saw an early copy and It looks pretty cool -- you'll need 1.21 to start doing some of your 2006 what-if projections using his association. I hated seeing Damon on NY and Millar on Balt

v1.21 will likely be the final PureSim 2005 update. I have been plugging away at PureSim 2006 and I'll likely do an open beta (for existing 2005 purchasers or for folks that pre-order 2006, I'm not sure yet, I need to talk to the Matrix folks).

I may be doing something wrong, but with this new version I can't start a new game under Major League Career Mode for 2005, although I have imported the 5.3 Lahman. Any help is really appreciated. Thanks.

I tried to install 1.21 and it would not completely take.
I re-installed 1.20, and now the games will not play.
It just keeps saying "Pure sim Already running.

I reinstalled and now it works.

You can go straight to 1.21 with no problem.

Not interested in beta testing, but would like to see playoffs for tied teams in 2006.

Is someone planning to develop it further? It was pretty fun to play in the 2010s. Would love to see it live again.
