I loaded up a different avatar - obviously with no effect. any help is apreciated.

do your settings look like this?

yupp , it even states "File uploaded successfully"

have you tried another file, just to make sure the current one isn't corrupted somehow?

I tried a bmp and a jpg. on another forum, the new avatar was acceppted at once. I dunno whats up here [&:]

Maybe it is the size????

This may sound Obvious, did you click "apply" after uploading your image

just changed mine, uploading and clicking ok was enough to get the job done. I'm out of ideas.

maybe I am just blind as a squirrel.....but I managed it to upload it in the past so....???

It might be a size limitation (how large is it in kilobytes?). If all else fails, e-mail it to me at erikr@matrixgames.com and when I have a moment I'll see if I can get it working for you.

it wouldn't be my first choice, but as you can see, I've just uploaded Oliver's avatar succesfully. Must be some silly little detail.

edit: all I did was click on 'upload my picture' (the link after 'my avatar'). Then I uploaded it and clicked 'ok' at the end of 'my profile' and I was done.

His avatar isnt showing.

I asked him to mail it to me and uploaded it as my own.

apply doesnt work you have to hit OK twice - the Box and on the bottom again. hitting OK and apply doesnt work.

Well not sure about you others, but I got a hassle also

I can not add a Avatar

when I do all I am suppost to do and then click Apply, I get red letters at the top saying my nick or email is already in use

(No $*#@, I am trying to edit it ?)

have you tried clicking 'ok' instead of 'Apply' like Oliver did in the end?

Could you attach your proposed avatar to a message, so people can see if something's wrong with it?

Well this is what I get, if I click on ok or apply

if I try to put my brithday in
if I try to add a message
if I try to add a avatar
if I try to change the timestamp

?????

(I thought it may of been the browser auto fill, turned that off, but it still shows the same)

the thing I would try at this stage is blanking the email-address and unchecking allow others to send me mail, just to see if it makes a difference...
