Well, if a Sen Toku, it rather narrows it down: I 400, I 401, I 402 were the only three.

Hmm, I'm actually getting less certain that it's a Sen Toku. The hanger isn't obvious enough, and I seem to see containers on either end of the conning tower. Maybe an I-boat carrying Kaitens?

OK. I-400 and I-401 were turned over to US, and both were sunk off Hawaii. I'll guess I-401, since it's wreck was recently discovered.
