Can you go from 8.2 to 8.403?

someone asked me this and I didnt really know the answer
can you patch from 8.2 to 8.403
or do you have to have 8.3 and 8.4 patches too?

I would say that you'd need 8.3, because of the OOB changes, but not 8.4, which only changed the mech.exe (and 8.403 replaces that one).
