Confidentiality

I have just received (and refused)a request from a non-Tester to let him in the back door by giving him a copy of the MWiF beta. I understand the request I received was motivated by enthusiasm for MWiF and a desire by that person to get 'into the action'. It was still wrong of them to ask.
I'd like to make a few points clear on that topic:
* Testers sign a legally binding agreement which prohibits them from distributing the code or any other confidential information.
* All downloads of the code have a unique serial number so if a copy of MWIF winds up on eBay then Matrix will be able to track it to that Tester who downloaded it.
* In future, any such requests will be forwarded to Erik Rutins at Matrix. I suggest all Testers should follow that policy.
In summary, please don't ask us to break our Non-Disclosure agreement!!!
