Expert Japanese looking for victim or noob

I'm bored and have to do something while waiting for the new patch. I want to play John III in a 1.8 game but I wait and wait for the patch. I've been working on a Jap turn and am almost done. Nothing fancy on first turn. I'm a dead historical player. My fleets will all be within 4 hexes of the Jpaanese mainland at the end of the first turn. No "Gamey; IMO attacks everywhere on turn one.
I will attack PH, Batan Island, and Kuntan on turn one. Thats it. Plus I'm not kidding I'm not going to have 23 task forces one hex away from 23 other invasion sites. At the end of turn one I will have nothing more then 4 hexes away from my occupied areas. You will get a fair first turn. BTW I will only port attack PH.
In return I expect that allies will stay away from the three locations above. You may move all active TF but not interfere in any way with these turn one ops. Your Air force may not be touched in any way on turn one. You may not create any new TF's. Armies may move as you wish everywhere except PI and Malaysia which must wait until turn two.
I should be considered an expert player. If you are new thats OK. I'll play and I'm happy to teach a few things. I actually prefer a new player as my game with John III is quite depressing and I neeed a lift. Just realise what you're up against as I know the system well.
My turn rate may be slow at first. I'm a teacher and am now in my heavyest period. Maybe 4 turn a week for until March. Maybe a bit faster if you can get several turns on weekends. Once March arrives I can go faster. My game with John III is at Dec 7 42 so we have done 1 full year in about 6 months. Over the summer I can do many turns each day.
I don't like house rules. I just ask myself if something makes sence historically I do it. If it is just stupid historically I don't. It's a game and you play to win. But also you play to have fun. So mostly if I think something is wrong I don't do it. If I think maybe its wrong I ask the other player to see what he thinks.
But basically its once the first turn is unleashed you do what you can. BUT I PREFER A PLAYER WITH AN HISTOICAL PERSPECTIVE. I may do an AAR but maybe not depending on how you feel.
