Did you guys forget to make Scotland rough terrain?

It looks pretty rough to me in all 6 campaigns.
Do others see Scotland as rough or not using v1.087?

I ran the patch again. Scotland is rough now. I must have forgotten to patch my unmodded copy. When I ran it it did say v1.087. I guess changing how the registry lists a copies version number has not been addressed yet.
