Allied Opponent Wanted

I'm an intermediate player looking for an allied opponent, running 1.6.
Only house rules are that the allies cant move any units but chinese units on turn 1.
grand campaign scenario, of course.

I'm an experienced player looking to be the allies (not in a team game). Campaign scenario 15 or 40 (Nik Mod).
