Has anybody seen weird speeds for TF? For example I some of my Task Forces with APs in them have a speed of 3/0. Cruise speed of the individual ships is 3/2. Is this a little glitch? I see this for the Allied forces not sure if the Japs have it.

Hmm... very interesting, never seen it on either side. Did you try to make a single ship TFs to get 3/2?

just manged to form 3/0 TF... do you have damaged ships in there?

No seems to be with APs and have zero damage. If you look at the ship detail it says the speed is 3/2.

Just to say Ive seen it too, but so far Ive ignored it.

Reason why displayed speed is 3/0 could be, that some ship from TF used some "action points" in this turn for refueling etc. Or one of ships is slower then 5 knots

I have another question ... when ship maximal speed is 15 knots, than undamaged ship has cruise speed 10 knots. If damaged than 9 or less. What about, if maximum speed is lower than 10 knots. Cruise speed of undamaged is then even to maximal speed, let's say 9 knots ? Or is less then maximum speed and how mutch ... by one knot or more ?

None of the ships in the TF are damaged or used action points.
