No, Goblin...that link shows the British version of the 3in Mortar Carrier, where the mortar is carried disassembled. The mortar crew dismounts and sets up the mortar on th ground.

Here is another picture of the Aussie-designed mortar carrier. Their versions were extensively re-worked models of the Universal and Loyd carriers to allow the mortar to be fired from inside the carrier.

One thing to remember with Flash's pictures:

Picture 1:
The mortar can only fire to the front with some limited left right traverse provided by the mortar. Anything beyond the mortar traverse meant that the vehicle had to move, then fine adjustment via the mortar. Also this is a basic carrier. the mortar’s bipod is braced on the engine’s air intake. The base plate is on a reinforced section of the engine cover.

Picture 2 and the one I posted:
The mortar is actually on a turntable that can be rotated. This means the vehicle does not move when the mortar has to change shot direction.
This vehicle is based on the 2 Pdr carrier.

In both vehicles the mortar can be used dismounted.

So for a Goblin that should cause even more confusion!!
