1792 playing France, acquired Vilna through Polish protectorate. Lost it to Russian conquest. Retook it back as a province cede during as peace term.

It now appears solid blue - French territory.

I twice built a militia there. Both times the turn after I put it into the city of Vilna, it warped across Europe, landing in Hanover (another French solid blue province).

Same has happened with Polish protectorate regulars. They arrive as reinforcements and I move them someplace. Next turn I look up and they've jumped across Europe to someplace they could not have moved to.

Presumably your cities are not set to "auto reinforce" another location?

The Vilna "reinforce to" was to a french corps operating in holland and/or france. I've changed it to Vilna and we'll see what happens.

I thought the "reinforce" box meant that the province's draft replacements went to that army, not it's new units. Oops.
