Erik,
You had mentioned that the game would go Gold soon and that a week after this would be the release. Will the game go Gold this week, just curious?

Check the source first. It wasn't like the topic was created by Erik or David. [8D]
I suspect the GONE GOLD post would require a sticky as well.

At this point, we're taking it one day at a time, but we are in production not development so we're dealing with things that are a bit more predictable. I'm still aiming for mid-February, as I said earlier that seems most likely but a February release is certain.

Hey dude. I did not realize I titled my thread wrong did not mean to be misleading. Anyway no reason to be harsh about as long as it is within the forum rules I will most likely title it the way I want too.[:D]

Right, after all since my whole purpose was to mislead everyone (yeah right).[8D][8D][8D]

I hope that you guys will offer the game as a download with the option, for a few extra bucks,of recieving a CD as you have with other games.
The cluster**** that was HOI2 On Demand is still too much on my mind.

I can't say for sure but I believe that is the plan.
I personally would like to see this game on a disk in a nice package..

If offered like that, with a nice manual (not a text file) i'd buy the CD version alone.
I'd pay extra to actually have a good physical manual($10 more..sure).I hate scrolling through text files and Adobe.
Come on guys give us a nice big, fat, printed manual to go with the CD version of the game..bound and the whole nine yards.Pretty please.[:)]

I have done the digital download once or twice here...but there's nothing like looking on my shelf and seeing the CD version of a game (WITP comes to mind).
Can't wait.

So have i.(WiTP sure does come to mind)...A printed manual for Pete's sake.I don't want to have to scroll back and forth through an adobe file for every little question[:@]
Charge extra...just give us a
physical manual that we can go through at our leisure. Not some file that we have to scroll around in.

I really don't see the problem with offering both. After all it would be worth it if you could get the game a week in advance and at the same time have a nice manual and a physical copy of the game. Most importantly though for me is to have a copy of the game. I personally think it makes sense to offer both.

Print it out yourself
if you want it on paper
I personally think it'll take up less space on the shelf
