Will a OOB/Unit/Scenario Editor be included?

In much the same way there was with WITP? I'd really like to use the BTR/BoB engine to simulate a few what if scenarios..

There is a point of discussion on this subject at present.
What parameters are moddable for UV and WITP?
Performance Stats (Planes and Ships?)
Pilot/Commander names?
Unit details (Command/location/size/AC)?
If it's a big job, then the answer is less likely. The BTR/BOB database is similar to the UV/WITP database, the main differences are no ships, but there are 3000 locations. So I suspect the current editor might be made to work with BTR, but I just don't know.
Maybe someone on the Beta team can code one from scratch, but I'm sure the priority is getting the game out first...

Hi Harley,
In WiTP almost all databse data is moddable:
Performance stats for planes/ships/LCU components - yes
Pilot/Commander ratings - yes.
Unit details - yes

Currently waiting on a reply from David on the details or plans on this side of the game package
there was talk about it would be great if we could, but not sure how far along that has gotten

It would be invaluable to get this feature included.
One of the biggest "joys" for me in the original BTR was to include lots of known pilots with the help of Harley's brilliant editor, infact for some games I added the whole 8th AAF FC roster and updated it as the game went on. Call me crazy if you want [:D]
