2 GAMES IN A WEEK

Canada West has 7 teams in it.In week 8 last year Simon Fraaser played two games in one week.Will this affect having a team play 2 games in one week?
If it does having 2 teams play in week 10 with 5 teams doing byes will that affect anything?
If it does having 2 teams play in week 10 with 5 teams doing byes will that affect anything?
