Hello. I have been playing a game for awhile using the first patch 1.1

I am France and I am trying to understand why I am losing over half of my taxation to waste. My income is over $1,900 per month and over a $1,000 of that is waste. I have followed some of the other discussion in the forum that talked about wated resource production but I still don't understand how it applies to money. Although I seem to be quite successful at increasing my income I rarely have much in the way of disposable income. I have hunreds of iron, timber, textiles, etc because I can not get enough money. Does anyone have any advice for me.

the waste was reduce in late version of patch yet use 1.2.18
