Hi,
I just bought a copy of CoG in a store. After installing the game I tried to install the 1.2.18 patch, but my serial number was declined. The distributor (Nicolasgames from Poland) said the problem is on Matrix side and washed their hands. And I can't register this serial also, when trying I get a message: "Serial already used". Please help

I am having this problem also with the Australian version of this game [&:]

Erik has indicated that certain serial numbers for the retail versions (e.g. Australia) have not been added to the 1.2.18 beta. I am still waiting for this to occur but I am not sure if they are waiting to release the actual 1.2 official patch instead.

I am not sure what is happening and wait patiently every day for confirmation as to progress with this problem.

Also, the downloads in the registered download section have stopped working, not sure if this is related?

All is well now, at least for me, the international serial numbers work [;)]

I downloaded the Members patch 1.2.18 this morning.
I can't install due to a "Invalid Serial Number" message even though I type the number written on the CD.
