Question about europe shipping

When i look in the store, find M-FB, and at it to cart..
It says that the platform is pc digital download..
Can't you get a boxed copy?

I can not find the information so I have to ask: how much is shipping to Germany? And what is the price of the boxed version (in Euro, just if you know). Thanks for informations.
