PG Mogami, Yodo, Fushimi - 1.20

Classes 135/136 (Mogami and Yodo) are scheduled to upgrade to class 131 (Fushimi) which is actually a major downgrade for them.
Yodo and Mogami were cruisers until re-classified in 1912 whereas Fushimi but a gunboat.

Must have been a typo. Will fix in the next patch (which won't be for a while. Since there are no game killers, I'm going to wait till the Frenchies are done.)

What should they upgrade too? I might as well change it as I work on my scenario.

They shouldn't upgrade at all. The upgrade numbers should be 135 and 136 respectively. I accidentally left the 131 in there and forgot to change it.

P.S. Classes 132 and 134 "upgrade" to 131, too.
