Penalty issue in v1.088

Not sure if this is really a penalty issue or what, but here's the scenario...
After installing the beta patch, I started up a US game and all was well for a while.
I was using the mouse as the controller, and on 4th down I accidentally selected standard formation instead of punt formation. I could not go back to select punt formation, so I thought I would just let the clock run down and take a delay of game penalty.
After the clock ran out, there was a change of possession and I was now on defense. It should have still been 4th down.

Penalties still have a problem for sure. But they are better than before the patch.
