Disappearing Batter

Top of the twelfth, no outs runners on first and third. I bring the infield in. The pitch:
Batter grounded out score it: (Fail 4-2)
Runner beats the throw home and scores on the grounder!!!
No outs, runner on second.
The batter who hit the ball was not out and didn't make it to first. He was credited with an AB and the next guy in the lineup then batted.
