Fell in love with this little gem the first time I saw here on an military fair 11 years ago (was 17 at the time [X(][X(][X(]) and just HAD to buy here.
I know what it is, but you guy's can still have a go at it....
Unfortunately, my Japanese is not as good as my plane recognition skill, so if anybody can decipher what is said here, please.....

Yes, it is indeed a Jack (no so difficult), notice the guns mounted on top of the engine?. This is the only pic I ever saw that has this armamant layout..
Let's call it "artistic freedom" [;)]
Any clues on the japanese caracters ?

Ok, just had a quick look at the Jack's armament, and read that the first 150 or so production models actually had engine mounted guns...

Why's it say "B-29" on the bombs?

Why's it say "B-29" on the bombs?
Apearantly, the japanese version of tintin is looking up to see if there are any B-29''s overhead, so he can run into his J2m and shoot them down.
The compostion is a bit weird, that's why I want to know what the japanese caracters on the bombs and on the jack mean......
