Gee give it a chance. Hold on to the game and wait a month or so because David and Eric are trying very hard to fix some of the bugs in the game. In a PC world computer games are not always perfect or to be more accurate there is no such thing as a "perfect" game on the market. So before you give away the game you might want to think this twice and give this MF game another shot at it. Personally, when all the bugs have been taken out I am sure Matrixgames and Winter Valley will release the CD or release MF 2 down the road.

Wait a month or so!, is it too much too ask for a workable game out of the box? Its been a few weeks since this thing has been released and its no where near playable.

No.

It is only interesting that you mention in an earlier post FBPRO. FBPro98 needed 8 months to have a good patch and even then the stats were a complete joke (run average 1,.., 10 sacks in a game). Please do not compare FBPro one year after release and MF one week after release.

Even the rookie generation was and is flawed. The have endurance ratings were so low they should never start. Ratings were never done in a methodical way. I could proceed the list ... . Long time bugs were never solved.

Al least two leagues are preparing for kickoffs (MLF, VCFL).
