Just bought the game...

Is the a FAQ out there that will help me get set up to play? What I am looking for is tips, utilities, downloads, etc that can get me ready to play. Also, if there is something out there explaining the player ratings system also, that would help.
Can't wait to see if this is finally the game that will replace FBPRO.
