Getting rid of respawn: Japanese MS

Turns out almost all Japanese minesweepers were in the database. A few that were cancelled or suspended are missing - but adding these gives the player the power: the PLAYER may cancel or suspend them at will. That done, at 100%, there is no need for slots for the minesweeper respawn.
Tentatively it appears this is also possible for the small number of other craft Japan may respawn: PCs and PTs - if they respawn at all. Checking.
By killing all those awful tiny fishing boats pretending to be MS and PC - they are not but WITP code defines tham as = to real ones - and killing the respawn areas - we free up enough slots to deal with the missing specialist ships.
IF somehow we could only do this for the Allies - but alas they have far too many of these small craft.
Query: It took Japan 12 months to build a MS or PC - should it be allowed to respawn them if ALL the historical ones are included in the database?
