Are Stock League files setup different then Custom league Database Files?

I'm working on a Utility and I was suprised to find out that I'm getting different values in the Schedule Table of the "usmfl.mdb" file compared to Custom League Database files.
David, are stock league Database files setup a little different then Custom Leagues?
