Are we able to have NFL's 55 man roster. I noticed that I only have the option of 45 or 60 man rosters. Is this a bug?

No. The game itselfs knows only roster sizes of 20, 40, 45 and 65 players. In the league data base is an entry "MaxPlayersOnRoster" (or so) here you can raise the number but i do not know all consequences. I have tested it a little bit but it is too early to say it works.
