Looks good, but beware: I've heard rumors that they're changing uniforms for this upcoming season. Possibly purple pants both home & away, and there's even talk that the horns will be taken off the helmet. This is just a rumor though.. so we'll have to wait & see.

The fans have been emailing the front office to stay away from the helmet. As far as I have heard, the new designs would add some black into the color scheme. Of course, most of what fans hear are just rumors.

I have to admit, I would not be happy if they messed with the Helmet too. I'm just too use to the horns, gives the team unique identity. Although I would be wary of changing the uniforms too much aswell. The Bengels changed there jersey, but I'm not impressed on how they did it. I liked the Bengels older jerseys then the new ones they got now. [8|]

Oh, and I really like the screenshot. Those Vikings Uni's look a lot like the real thing. [:)]

I agree, I think purple Pants might be ok, but I'm not sure if it would be a good idea too see them full time. Ya, I think I remember seeing old footage (like late 60's or something) where the Vikings played a game with purple pants. I don't know why Carl Eller didn't like them, I thought it was neat too see that in such in early time period.

Interesting article above. Looks like the Vikings are preparing possible radical changes to the Uni. I hope they don't use the Bengels Jerseys as a basis. [8|]

I didn't know that the NFL had a rule that teams are only allowed to change there uniform once every 5 years.

Exciting changes? Is this guy a football fan or a chic designer fan. Monochrome uniforms are ugly! No all black, all purple, or children's pajamas either.
