-Are the current MaxFB's in stock corrected and come with the v1.0.106 update? If I were to buy it now.

-Or would I need to download patches when I get the game??

The current store version is v1.0.95 (it should say at the top of the more info page for the product in the store). As soon as the second update is official, we will update the store version again.
