Some Questions re UV.

Hi-I'm just getting back into UC after not playing for a loooooooong time. It took me about a year to play WITP-I ended up 1/1/45 with a decisive Allied victory, so here I 'm back. I've forgotten some things about UV, so here goes.
1. Is a land units 'load cost of say 300, the same for AP as AK? What about supplies cost for AK vs AP?
2. Does UV have an autosave feature?
3. After you go from Orders phase to play phase, can the game be paused?
4. During air ops phase I notice a symbol of an aircraft in a circle, with a line drawn through the circle. What does this mean?
