Hi!

The new game seems realy good, but in order to appreciate it the old original should be available. Does anyone know where I can get the original game? I have been trying for some time now, but without success. So if u know a way, please let me know.

Pacific war can be found in SSI 20 Clasic Wargames.War in the Pacific I am not sure can be bought anywhere. I would have sworn that I had it. I can't seem to find it.

Well I actualy dug ou my copy of 20th wargaming classics just yesteday to reload Carrier strike, still my all time number one flat top game.

But you can get Pac war, Carrier strike and many other golfen oldies on abandonware, this link will put you in the right direction.

I would point to any third parties that I don't approve of piracy, and in fact I have around 2000 pluss originals, but I beleive that great games like PAc war should not be allowed to die just because nobody sells it anymore.

Yes you can download the game at the Underdogs site but their link for the manual is not working. If anybody knows where I can download the manual please let me know. I would appreciate it very much. I have notified them that the link does not open a pdf file, it opens a html file.

Here's a tip: I wasn't able to download the manuals either until I used Go!zilla to download the 'link'. For some reason Go!zilla downloaded the file correctly in .PDF format. I don't understand it, but it worked!
