Players do not age from year to year. The following year they remain the same age as the previous year. v1.0.122.

I haven't check to see if player's attributes change each season. They show also change slightly from year to year.

In a custom league I created not only did the players not age but also didn't gain exp. After 4 seasons they all showed 0 yrs exp.
I think this may have been as a result of me using the Utility that shipped with the game to reset stats and scedules. I only used the utility though the second season. I restructured the league and reduced it to 4 teams. I reset it in the second season so the players should have at least 3 yrs exp and gained 3 years.
