Hi,

Installed BIN on my computer and laptop back in December by digital download. My main pc crashed, but I did have BIN backed up on an external HD. Purchased a new computer, reloaded everything off of the HD, but now when I try to start BIN, I get a "registration error-please contact Matrix Games support" message. How can I go about getting BIN to work on my PC?

I think the game needs to be installed.

It sounds like you did a restore intead of an install.

Yep, Exactly right Joe. The game needs have a proper install, and cant be just copied, or restored.
