Fast sim problem patch .0131

Using the stock canadian league and stock plays, I tried simming games. I simmed through the 4th week using the week at a tine option, I then tried the sim selectede game option. It simmed one game and then continued to sim through week 16. The problem is that the score of every game after that one game in week 5 was 0-0. All games were simmed and logs were written. See the stats for the last game attached.
