U-Boats at Penang? Merchant cruisers?

Are you planning on including the German U-boats that operated out of Penang from the summer of 1943 until the end of 1944?
Also, what about the 14 armed merchant cruisers the Japanese deployed?

I am not sure about this. We are still working on the orders of batlle.

Furthermore, what about the two German merchant cruisers that operated in the Indian Ocean and the Pacific in 42/43?
