Anyone know how to do this? I have been trying to place a building on a planet, can't do it for nothing. I can't place any ground objects at that, not sure how to do it.

It's not that hard. First, make sure you have a terrain area selected. You can zoom in on the system map and if you find a planet with a labeled square on it, that is a viable location. Now as far as placing your object goes, the trick is that 0,0,0 isn't necessarily ground level. I have found the easiest thing to do is set your Z value (on the location parameter) to something like 5. This puts your building about 5000 feet up, but if the terrain is mountainous, this can be useful. Slowly adjust your settings, both X and Y, as well as Z until you can settle it into a proper location.

Look for Janus/Janek Station for a ground environment. Hope this helped.

Certainly does help! Thanks [:)] One more thing I was wondering... how do you set the day and time in a mission?

Go to the Starshatter website. Go to the MOD SDK portion and then click on MISSIONS. It tells you how to set it (very easy). If you already have a mission created, just open it up in your mod/mission folder and edit the day/time to what you want.
