when you conquer an enemy territory forcing some of the enemy units to retreat, what happens to all the supplies stationed there? they just retreat as well? is there any way to capture (thus making you own) enemy supply? or even target and destroy it?

when you attack an enemy territory with no units, only supply, what happens to those supply units? they still spend one for defense?

The supply is simply destoyed. It neither retreats nor can it be captured.
