I know that “....\War in the Pacific.exe” -deepColor starts the game 32-bit mode colour mode.
What are the others and what do they do?

-altFont increases the text size a bit, making it a lot easier to read.

No, but you can disable the opening movie by renaming the VIDEO subfolder to NOVIDEO.
