Patch 1.39 - Where can I find it?

I see v1.39 mentioned in a few places but it isn't in the members download section. Where can I find it?

Beta updates go in the Members' Club, but Official updates are freely available to the public. You can get there from the Members' Club, but probably the easiest way is to click on "GAMES" in the top nav bar and then on "Latest Downloads".
